Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Council and users and other necessary matters in using the Bucheon Techno Park Complex 1 website (hereinafter “Service”) operated by the Bucheon City Techno Park Development Council (hereinafter “Council”).

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. “Service”refers to all content, functions and additional services on the Bucheon Techno Park Complex 1 website provided by the Council.
2. “User”means members and non-members who receive services provided by the Council in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. “Member”refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Council and who can continuously receive information from the Council and use its services.
4. “Resident Company”refers to a company registered with the Council that moves into Bucheon Techno Park Complex 1 and conducts business.
5. “Content”refers to the Council or This refers to all text, photos, videos, and materials posted by users within the service.

Article 3 (Posting and revision of Terms and Conditions)

1. The Council posts the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the service so that users can easily understand them.
2. The Council may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
3. If the terms and conditions are revised, the council will specify the date of application and the reason for revision and notify 7 days prior to the date of application along with the current terms and conditions. However, in the case of amendments to the terms and conditions that are unfavorable to the user, notice will be given 30 days in advance.
4. If the user does not agree to the revised terms and conditions, he/she may request withdrawal of membership, and if the user does not explicitly express his/her intention to refuse, he/she will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions.

Article 4 (Provision and change of services)

1. The Council provides the following services. We provide.
   • Retrieval and introduction of information on tenant companies in Bucheon Techno Park Complex 1
   • Reception of applications for various support projects such as AI search optimization (AEO/SEO) support, blog, video, and shorts production support
   • Community · Announcement · Policy · Schedule bulletin board operation
   • Showcase registration for new products, new technologies, corporate stories, tenant company visits, etc.
   • Automatically translated content in 10 languages Provision
   • All services to be provided to users by the Council itself or through cooperation agreements with other companies
2. If there are significant operational or technical reasons, the Council may change some or all of the services it provides, and provide prior notice of the contents.

Article 5 (Use of Services) Hours)

1. In principle, the service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical reasons for the council.
2. The council may temporarily suspend service provision if necessary for regular system inspection, expansion and replacement, and prior notice is provided in principle.

Article 6 (Membership registration and qualifications)

1. Membership can only be applied for by companies residing in Bucheon Techno Park Complex 1 or those recognized by the council.
2. When applying for membership, the essential information requested by the council (company name, person in charge, email address, contact information, etc.) must be truthfully provided.
3. In any of the following cases, the council may refuse membership or revoke membership after the fact.
   • If it is not a real name or someone else's name is used
   • If false information is provided or if materials requested by the council are not submitted
   • If the registration applicant has previously lost membership in accordance with these terms and conditions
   • If other membership qualifications are deemed inappropriate

Article 7 (User's Obligations)

1. Users must not do the following:
   • Registration of false information when applying or changing
   • Theft or identity theft of another person's information
   • Change or unauthorized reproduction or distribution of information posted by the Council
   • Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Council or a third party
   • Acts that damage the reputation of the Council or a third party or interfere with business
   • Acts of disclosing or posting information on the service that is against public order and morals, such as obscene or violent messages, images, or voices.
   • Unauthorized posting of spam or advertising information, hacking, or distribution of computer viruses
   • Acts that violate laws or are prohibited by the council's operating policy
2. The user is responsible for the consequences arising from the above actions, and the council shall suspend or deprive him of membership, delete posts, etc. Action may be taken.

Article 8 (Copyright and Management of Posts)

1. The copyright of the content posted by the user within the service belongs to the relevant user.
2. By registering a post with the council, the council has the right to use the post free of charge and non-exclusively for the purposes of service operation, promotion, AI search optimization, multilingual automatic translation, etc. Granted.
3. The Council may delete, move, or make private posts that fall under any of the following items without prior notice.
   • Postings that violate the user obligations of Article 7
   • Postings containing content that infringes on the rights of others or defames their reputation
   • Postings for advertising or commercial purposes (except for cases approved in advance by the Council)
   • Postings that violate other relevant laws and operating policies of the Council

Article 9 (Obligations of the Council)

1. The Council does not engage in any acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals, and strives to provide stable services.
2. The Council has a security system to protect personal information so that users can safely use the service, and announces and complies with a separate “Personal Information Processing Policy”.
3. The Council considers opinions or complaints raised by users in relation to the use of the service to be legitimate. If acknowledged, it will be processed promptly.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

1. If the Council is unable to provide the service due to force majeure such as natural disaster, war, service interruption of key telecommunication carriers, power outage, or system failure, the Council is exempted from liability for service provision due to reasons attributable to the user.
2. The Council is not responsible for the user's failure to obtain or loss of expected profits by using the service.
3. The Council has no obligation to intervene in disputes that arise between users or between users and third parties through the service, and is not responsible for compensating for damages resulting therefrom.

Article 11 (Resolution of Disputes)

1. If a dispute arises between the Council and the user in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the Council and the user will consult in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably.
2. If the dispute is not resolved even after the consultation under Paragraph 1, both parties may file a lawsuit in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
3. The Council and the user The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to lawsuits filed between users.
