In October 1992, the company started by supplying cable and harness assemblies at a small store in Sewoon Shopping Center, Seoul. Now, it exports HD-SDI CCTV camera cables to Japan Pacific Trading and has become a precision parts manufacturer with UL E345766 certification. There's not much to brag about. ⚙ Self-crimping lines — where hundreds of terminals are joined per minute
The heart of the plant is the automatic crimping line. A process of cutting wires to a certain length, stripping the ends, and joining them by crimping the terminals with precise pressure. Hyein Electronics owns KM Digital Automatic Pressing Machine and 10 Jiyoung Precision Terminal Pressing Machines and 60 Applicators, allowing it to process various terminal and wire combinations simultaneously.

The most interesting corner is the RF cable line. For high-frequency cables used in communication equipment, 5G base stations, CCTV HD-SDI, etc., signals are damaged even if the impedance matching, shielding loss, and connector coupling torque are off by just 1 to 2 degrees. Hyein Electronics possesses a Swiss-made RF CABLE stripper that strips the coaxial cable sheath, shield, and dielectric in stages to the correct length and then combines them with the RF connector through precise compression.
